Cancelation & Wait Time Policy

Confirming this agreement in verbal, electronic, fax or written form means the client fully agrees with the conditions and terms summarized below: This is only an initial confirmation of the trips(s) and may not include some charges incurred during the performance of the trip(s) which may include, but is not limited to: extra stops, parking & waiting time. We grant a 1 Hour grace period after international flight arrival times. We grant a 30-minute grace period after domestic flight arrival times. All other pick-ups receive a 15-minute grace period. After the grace periods, wait time fees will be added. Cancellations must be made between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm PST. Any cancellation made within the 4 Hrs. for Sedan, Suv & Van and 8 Hrs. for Limousine before a scheduled pick up will be subject to a cancellation charge of up to 2 hours for the standard reservations. Airport transfers are point to point only.

Additional Charge for Enroute Stops. Clients Requesting non-enroute Stops or Wait Time will void flat rate Airport transfer rate and the service will be billed as Hourly reservation or Extra stop charge, including travel time .Domestic flights: chauffeur will meet you in Baggage Claim holding a sign displaying your last name .International Flights: Chauffeur will meet you outside of Customs holding a sign displaying your last name. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine . Please confirm the information and let us know if you need to make any changes.

NOTE : If You Cannot Locate Your Chauffeur For Any Reason, Do Not Leave As You Will Be Charged As A No-Show. Please Call Us Immediately And We Will Assist You To Locate Your Chauffeur
